NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE is hereby given that the preliminary Budget of the Town of Greenfield for the fiscal year beginning January 1^st, 2024 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Greenfield Center, NY, where it is available for inspection by any interested person at all reasonable hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Greenfield will meet and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Town Hall, Greenfield Center, NY  at 7PM on the 9th day of November, 2023 and at that Public hearing any person may be heard for or against the preliminary budget as compiled, or for or against any item or items as therein contained.
PURSUANT to Section 113 of Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows: Supervisor – $29,438.91; Councilpersons (4) each- $9,680.71; Town Clerk- $64,488.83; Town Justices (2) each- $19,441.33 and Superintendent of Highways- $91,500.00
